Hot and Sour Kimchi Tripe
1.
Cut the cooked tripe into thin strips. (For cooking tripe, see Spicy Tripe Casserole)
2.
Cut various side dishes into palatable shreds or segments.
3.
Heat the wok and pour the oil, add the pickled peppers, red peppers and green onions and ginger to fry them for a nice aroma.
4.
Pour in kimchi and shredded tripe and stir fry.
5.
Finally, pour the cooking wine and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Tips:
It is recommended to add less or no salt, as the saltiness of kimchi is enough.
