Hot and Sour Noodles

Spices: Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, white cooked sesame seeds, and chili noodles in a bowl.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.
3.
Pour the hot oil into the spice bowl and blanch the chili noodles.
4.
Add salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and stock to the bowl.
5.
Drop the noodles into a pot of boiling water.
6.
After the noodles are cooked, remove them and put them in a bowl, stir well and serve.
