Hot and Sour Potato Noodles

Let’s make chili oil first. You can buy Laoganma chili sauce directly. I make it myself with chili powder, pepper powder, and cooked white sesame.

Heat an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and pour on it and mix thoroughly.

Pick and wash the greens, chop the chives, and chop the coriander.

Find a large bowl of seasoning juice: three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, five spoons of vinegar, chili oil according to your preference, appropriate amount of salt, and one spoon of sesame oil and mix thoroughly.

Bring the potato flour to a boil in a pot and boil it under the water. The bagged ones are originally fresh and well cooked.
