Hot and Sour Pumpkin

Slice tender pumpkin, soak ginger, pepper, garlic and mince

Marinate the pumpkin with 5 grams of salt for 5 minutes, wash and drain

Hot pot with cold oil, soaked ginger, chili, minced garlic and fry for a nice flavor

Pour in the tender pumpkin and stir fry evenly

Pour the light soy sauce and salt along the side of the pot and stir-fry evenly.
