Southerners generally like to eat mature old pumpkins, while in the north, more people like to eat tender pumpkins. The slender size and green skin are called "Fanggua" by the locals. They have never understood why it is called that way. There are many kinds of tender pumpkins for cauliflower. Today I made the simplest melon cake. For those who like it, please refer to it.
