Pumpkin Silk Quiche
1.
I have seen a lot of old pumpkins, but I'll see tender pumpkins for the first time. Take a picture for everyone to see.
2.
First remove both ends of the tender pumpkin, wash and rub into silk, sprinkle in salt, mix well, and marinate for a while.
3.
Add two eggs and thirteen incense.
4.
Add flour.
5.
Add 1 scoop of water, stir evenly, and make a batter.
6.
Pour a little peanut oil in the pan, scoop a spoonful of batter, spread into small cakes, fry until golden on both sides, then serve.
7.
The fragrant quiche, smeared with a little chili sauce, doubles the deliciousness! Do you like this quick breakfast?
