Hot and Sour Rice Noodles

1 stick of rice noodles, soak in advance to soften.

Ripe peanuts (the garlic peanuts bought during the Spring Festival were not eaten, so I grabbed a handful and peeled the peanuts for use).

The rice noodles are cooked in a pot of boiling water.
