Hot and Sour Salad

Prepare food talents --- cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, nest bamboo shoots, peanuts.

Remove the cooked peanuts, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and roll them into pieces for later use.

Wash the carrots, shred them, and blanch them in boiling water.

Peel the nest bamboo shoots, wash and shred, and enlarge them in a bowl. Wash the purple cabbage and cabbage, shred and enlarge it in a bowl, marinate in salt for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water.

Add carrots.

Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, pour some vinegar, red oil, add some salt, sugar, chicken essence, freshly smoked, hot oil and stir.

Add crushed peanuts, stir well, and drizzle with sesame oil.
