I asked my friend in Chongqing and said hot and sour noodle Must have must have mustard, and went out and bought a pack of mustard to make hot and sour noodles

Hot and Sour Sweet Potato Noodles

1. Prepare materials and weight

2. The sweet potato flour is longer, you can cut it short from the middle

3. Soak the sweet potato flour in hot water for 5 minutes

4. Peel and mince garlic, mince chili, wash coriander and cut into small pieces

5. Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, chili and garlic to make sour and hot sauce

6. Put the olives in the hot pan and fry the peanuts and turn off the heat when you hear a slight crackling sound

7. Boil a pot of boiling water, add sweet potato flour and cook until it is soft.

8. Put the sweet potato flour into the noodle bowl, add a spoonful of boiling water

9. Pour the hot and sour sauce, add peanuts, mustard and coriander

10. Pickled mustard and peanuts can be increased or decreased according to preference

Tips:

1. The sweet potato flour is relatively long, it is recommended to cut into 2 sections and soak in water
2. Hot and sour sauce can be adjusted flexibly according to taste
