Hot and Sour Wonton

Wash all vegetables

Put a cross knife on the tomatoes and soak them in boiling water until they bloom and peel.

Pour the oil over the heat, add the garlic, break the chili and stir fry until fragrant, then pour the tomato diced

After sautéing, add two bowls of boiling water, add a small amount of chopped cilantro and all seasonings

After the soup is boiled for ten minutes, it will taste slowly. The hand-made wonton is filled with small cabbage and fresh meat.

Tips:
I have a heavy taste, so the amount of seasoning is a little bit more.
