Hot Dog and Fried Egg Burger

Put the ingredients into the bread machine bucket in the order of liquid first, then solid: milk, egg liquid, olive oil, fine sugar, salt, high-gluten flour, and yeast.

Start two kneading programs. After the first kneading program is over, take out the bread bucket to cool down for 5 minutes and then put it in to start the second kneading program.

After the two procedures are over, the dough can be pulled out of the rough film, and it is ready to make bread dough.

Round the dough, put it in a deep basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in the oven to double its size.

Tips:
If it is for breakfast, the bread dough can be made in advance the night before and assembled the next morning. The hamburger and hot dog are ready to eat, because the fresh side dishes are the most delicious!
