Hot Dog Bun

Bread ingredients: Arowana bread with wheat flour (high-gluten wheat flour) 140g, milk 80g, white sugar 20g, butter 15g, egg liquid 10g, salt 1g, dry yeast 1g. Surface decoration ingredients: whole egg liquid, white sesame seeds; hot dog filling ingredients: 1 lettuce, 4 hot dogs with beef sausage, appropriate amount of salad dressing. Baking: Changdi oven, 170 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, 15 minutes.

Pour high-gluten flour, milk, white sugar, egg liquid, salt, and dry yeast into the chef's machine and knead until the flour becomes gluten and put in the softened butter. Use high-speed flour to knead until the expansion stage.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and ferment at room temperature to 2 times its size. The first fermentation is complete.

The fermented dough is squeezed out of the air in the dough, divided into 4 small doughs, rounded, and fermented for 20 minutes.

The fermented dough is flattened and rolled into an oval shape with a rolling pin.

Roll up the oval dough from top to bottom, close it tightly when rolling it, and wind it up inside. After it is rolled, it should be closed down. This is the four rolled hot dog buns.

Put silicone paper on the baking pan, put a pan of warm water in the oven, press the fermentation button on the Changdi oven, the time is 45 minutes, and the functional fermentation temperature is about 38 degrees.

When fermented to 2 years old, take it out, put a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
