Hot Dog Bun

All ingredients of the dough except butter are mixed and kneaded until smooth

Add softened butter and continue kneading

Put it in a warm place and ferment to double its size (you just need to dip your hands in flour to poke holes without shrinking or sinking)

Take out the dough and ventilate evenly into 6 parts, round and relax for 10 minutes

Roll the placed dough into an oval shape with a rolling pin and roll it up from bottom to top

The rolled dough is placed in a non-stick tray with the mouth facing down (if there is no non-stick tray, oil paper should be used)

Continue to ferment to 2 times the size (you can use the oven to ferment)
