Hot Dog Bun

First weigh the eggs and milk, put them in the bread machine, and add salt and sugar. It’s better to mix noodles with eggs and milk that you just took out of the refrigerator in the hotter summer.

Then put the weighed flour into the bread machine, select the kneading program to start kneading

The dough is smooth after about 10 minutes of the dough mixing process, then add butter and yeast, and continue mixing for 20 minutes. Small meal buns do not have high requirements for film production, and the dough state during the mixing time is acceptable. Then enter a fermentation process, and now it can be fermented at room temperature

The dough is fermented to 2.5 times its size, just press it down without rebounding.

Divide the dough evenly into 8 portions, knead it into a ball and relax for a while.

Roll out the dough, then roll it up, and drive out all the bubbles as you roll it out.

Put the shaped dough into the mold for secondary fermentation

The second fermentation is about 30 minutes. Put a large bowl of warm water in the oven to increase the humidity

After the second shot is completed, start to preheat the oven, then brush with egg wash, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes, then take it out and let cool.

Take out Jenny Jane’s pure meat sausage and defrost it at room temperature for a few minutes. I used two flavors of sausage, samba hot and passionate basil.

Then put the sausage in the air fryer, bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn it over and bake for 3 minutes.

Cut the hot dog embryo after cooling in the middle with a bread knife, but don’t cut it to the end

Put lettuce in the hot dog embryo, then put the spicy sausage, and then squeeze the tomato sauce

Put the basil-flavored sausage with two slices of cucumber and lettuce into the hot dog embryo, and then squeeze it with Thousand Island sauce. You can also match other vegetables according to your personal taste. I think the basil flavor and some cucumbers will make the basil taste more prominent. It's more refreshing.
Tips:
The weather is relatively hot now. When the bread is fermented, be careful not to pass the hot dog bread. The sauces, vegetables, etc. can be matched with your own taste.
