Hot Dog Bun Rolls

All the main ingredients are mixed uniformly and form a dough.

Ferment in a warm place to double its size. (I’m living the noodles at night, ferment for 20 minutes, put them in the refrigerator overnight, you can make them directly in the morning)

Divide the dough into 8 small balls

Roll the dough into thin strips and wrap the hot dog
5.
Put it in a steamer and let it rise for about 20 minutes
6.
Steam for 15 minutes.
