Hot Dog Flower Shaped Bread

Pour 23g of boiling water into 20g of high-gluten flour and stir evenly with chopsticks. As shown in the figure. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.

After the oil method, the dough is kneaded to the expansion stage, placed in a basin, covered with plastic wrap, and subjected to basic fermentation for about one hour.

The dough is doubled in size, fingers are dipped in powder, and holes are pricked in the middle, without shrinking or swelling, and the basic fermentation is over.

Vent the dough, round it, and divide it into 6 pieces of 75g dough. Roll round, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the end and set aside.

Exhaust the loosened dough, round it, and roll it into an oval shape. Pull the four corners into a rectangle.

Put on hot dogs.

Tips:
1. Please adjust the amount of water according to different seasons and different brands of flour.
2. The hot dogs used here are ordinary hot dogs from American supermarkets, and the length is equivalent to domestic grilled sausages.
3. The interface and the head and tail must be pinched tightly. You can rub it on the console a few times to make it more tightly combined.
4. In step 10, put the interface on top when dividing equally, so that the twisted flower-shaped interface is in the middle, and the petals will look better.
5. I like to stretch the petals when twisting them, and put them flat on the baking tray. In this way, the petals look clearer one by one. You can also twist it your way.
