Hot Dog Rolls

1. Put all the main dough into the bread bucket except the butter, start the dough program, add the butter after 20 minutes. Continue to stir until the film comes out. Now it is hot, put it directly in the bread machine, cover and ferment until it is twice as big.

2. Fermented dough.

3. After venting, divide into 5 small doughs, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

7. Put the baking tray in the ACA oven, ferment at about 40 degrees to 1.5 times its size, and put a bowl of water to help ferment and increase humidity.

8. After fermenting, take out the baking tray, brush the egg mixture, sprinkle some black sesame seeds, and preheat the oven at 160 degrees.
