Hot Dry Noodles with Sauce

Main raw materials: alkaline noodles, bean sprouts, sprouts, sesame paste and garlic.

Soka noodles are too hard, it is recommended to steam for about 10 minutes before boiling.

Saute the sprouts, minced garlic, dark soy sauce and sugar with edible oil.

Blanch the bean sprouts for later use.

Boil the steamed noodles in boiling water for another 5 minutes.

Tips:
Sprouts are usually sold in bags,
The darker color is more salty, just add sugar when frying,
The light color has a lighter taste, so you can add an appropriate amount of old soy to improve the flavor when frying.
