Hot Noodle Soup

Soak the fungus in water for 10 minutes to clean, add a little oil to the pan to heat, break the eggs, pour into the pan and fry until golden on both sides

Stir-fry the tomatoes to get the juice, add the fungus and stir-fry for a while, pour in an appropriate amount of water and boil, add the egg cake, and stir evenly with the pepper.

The noodles are currently pressed wet noodles in the noodle shop, boil water in the pot, add the noodles to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes
