Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

Cut spicy radish or spiced radish into cubes;

Mix the sesame paste into a paste with sesame oil, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, and mix well;

Shake the noodles, put them in a boiling water pot, cook until they are 80 years old, remove them, and drain the water;

Spread the noodles on a large flat plate, drizzle with sesame oil, and blow cool with an electric fan to prevent the noodles from sticking

Before eating, quickly blanch the cold noodles in boiling water, drain them into a bowl, add the adjusted sesame sauce and diced radish on the noodles, sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander, and mix well.
