Hubei Regan Noodles are the same as Henan Braised Noodles, Shanxi Sliced Noodles, and Sichuan Dandan Noodles. The slender roots of hot-dried noodles have gluten strength, yellow and oily color, and delicious taste. Mix with sesame oil, sesame paste, rich and fresh spicy powder, five-spice pickles and other ingredients, the color and fragrance are delicious.
I fell in love with this taste when I first went to Wuhan seven or eight years ago. Because I don’t eat green onions, I used coriander. Friends who like green onions can use small chives.

Tips:

Because I don't eat green onions, I use coriander instead of green onions.
