1. This kind of hot dry noodles is not necessarily needed, as long as it is alkaline noodles. Sichuan Nanchong cold noodles and Chongqing small noodles can be substituted for alkaline noodles. The kind is better to buy and use.

Tips:

Soda noodles should be used for noodles, preferably thicker soda noodles. Tahini can’t be replaced with mixed sauce or peanut butter, so it takes longer to brush the noodles. Add some salted radish to taste better.
