Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

This kind of hot dry noodles is not necessarily needed, as long as it is alkaline noodles. Sichuan Nanchong cold noodles and Chongqing small noodles can be substituted for alkaline noodles. The kind is better to buy and use.

Boil the water, put the noodles in the pot, and cook for three to four minutes, depending on the thickness of the noodles.

Drain, put in a bowl, add sesame oil, keep stirring, and dust them one by one with chopsticks so that the noodles do not stick together.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the dusted noodles and cook for 30 seconds to one minute. When boiling the water, you can prepare the sesame paste. If the sesame paste is too hard, adjust it with boiling water, and if it is soft, use sesame oil or sesame oil.

Pick up the noodles, put them in a bowl, add various seasonings according to personal preference, and mix well.
Tips:
Soda noodles should be used for noodles, preferably thicker soda noodles. Tahini can’t be replaced with mixed sauce or peanut butter, so it takes longer to brush the noodles. Add some salted radish to taste better.
