I like to eat the local homemade yellow sauce. If you have time, you can deep-fry some chili sauce. Whether it’s rice or noodles, it’s delicious even with steamed buns. This time I made the diced pork sauce with peppers, no need to add other seasonings to keep the flavor of the yellow sauce the best.

Ingredients

Hot Pepper Diced Pork Sauce

1. The meat is diced, about the size of peanuts and plums, I use the local homemade yellow sauce cubes

2. Hot peppers and onions are cut into cubes with a knife

3. When I saw the baking dish, I used it. It is very easy to use. Turn on the induction cooker. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the baking dish and add the diced meat.

4. When the diced meat is cooked, add the yellow sauce

5. Add a bowl of water, dilute the yellow sauce with a spatula and bring to a boil

7. Finally, add the onion diced

8. Stir-fry well, try to fry as much as possible

Tips:

The operation is the same as the ordinary wok, the yellow sauce can be replaced with other kinds of sauce, the amount is controlled according to the amount of the dish and the saltiness you like, and it is put into the fresh-keeping box for storage.
