Hot Pepper Shrimp Skin
1.
Wash the sharp chili and cut into small circles.
2.
The dried shrimps are cleaned of impurities.
3.
Pour vegetable oil into the pot (add more oil as appropriate), add ginger to sauté after the oil is hot.
4.
Pour the shrimp skins (the shrimp skins can also be added to the pot with the chili) and stir fry over low heat.
5.
Stir fry over low heat until the shrimp skin slightly discolors.
6.
Pour in the cut peppers and fry them over low heat.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of refined salt, and the salty shrimp skin should be appropriate.
8.
Turn off the heat, add a tablespoon of sugar, stir fry evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Shrimp skin has saltiness, and the amount of refined salt should be moderate.
2. When frying the shrimp skins, use a low heat to prevent the shrimp skins from being fried dry.
3. The sharp pepper is very spicy, so the amount should be limited.
