Hot Squid Shredded Onion

Wash the fresh squid and tear off the squid epidermis.

Squid cut flowers for use.

Pour the cut squid flower segments into boiling water with a little cooking wine to boil the water. When the squid segments are slightly rolled, drain them out and set aside.

Heat up the pan and put a little cooking oil. When it is ripe, pour in the shredded onion and stir-fry until it is 8 minutes old. Shovel it for later use (forget to take pictures at this step). Pour in appropriate amount of edible oil and cook until 7 is ripe. Add ginger, pepper, minced garlic, green pepper, red pepper, and green onion in order, and stir-fry until the aroma bursts out.

Put in the squid and stir-fry for 20 seconds, then add 8 mature shredded onions, stir-fry for another 10 seconds, add some dark soy sauce to increase the color, stir-fry a little chicken essence for 10 seconds.

Pick up the pan and serve.
