This toast wanted to pull the weeds a long time ago, but the Shuiyi I bought before the Chinese New Year arrived today, and I made it right away. The finished toast does not disappoint you. It is soft, salty, and the drawing effect is superb. great.

Hotel Toast

1. Prepare the required materials, the most important part of this toast is Shuiyi.

2. Knead the dough to the expansion stage and add butter.

3. Knead until the film is pulled out.

4. Cover and ferment to double the size.

5. Dip the flour with your hands and press, and the fermentation is completed without shrinking or sinking.

6. Exhaust the dough and divide into three parts, cover and let for 15 minutes.

7. Shape the dough separately into the toast box.

8. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation.

9. After the fermentation is complete, cut a knife on the surface of the dough and put butter on it.

10. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Tips:

The main part of this toast is Shuiyi. Please don't change it at will. If you change it, it will not be a hotel toast. I think using scissors is better than a knife for cutting the bag. Remember to cover with tin foil when baking.
