Housewife Version of Korean Seafood Soup

Prepare your favorite seafood (grilled crabs, shrimps, oysters, etc...), tofu, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, small pumpkins, radishes, ginger, scallions, garlic and small green peppers. Of course, Korean seafood chili sauce is indispensable.

Saute the ginger, onion and garlic in hot oil until fragrant.

Add bean sprouts and white radish and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes and add water, if you like to drink soup, you can add more.

When it boils, add the Korean-style seafood hot sauce.

Add seafood and tofu when the soup is boiling.

Because the taste is still a bit poor, I added a little shrimp paste. This shrimp paste is used to make soup and kimchi. The salt content is really good. I just tasted it like this and it almost didn't kill me.

Add small pumpkins when the soup is almost boiled.

Then add enoki mushrooms~

Add the scallions and small green chilies before starting the pan.
Tips:
1: If you can't buy Korean seafood chili, you can use Korean chili sauce and soybean paste to adjust it. It is also good to make it into your favorite taste.
2: Remember to cook seafood thoroughly before you can eat it.
