Fried Crab

Ingredients: cream crab (live) washed, ginger slices, chives

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add ginger and garlic slices to the saucepan.

Next, add the cleaned cream crab and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of bamboo salt.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Season to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
