Houttuynia and Sydney Soup

Take an appropriate amount of Houttuynia cordata, wash and drain the water for later use.

Two snow pears, peeled, washed and cut into pieces. Because pears oxidize faster, so before this step, you must put water in the casserole. Put the sliced pear directly into the casserole.

Put the houttuynia cordata into the casserole. Cover and bring to a boil.
