How to Eat Asparagus

Slice the shiitake mushrooms, boil them in water for a while and remove them for later use.

Remove the old roots of asparagus and cut the chicken legs into small pieces to clean the blood.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken drumsticks.

Stir fry for a while, add grass fruit, cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger and garlic and mix for 1-2 minutes.

Tips:
Please use high fire all the way, if the fire is not big enough, it may take longer to fry. The time at the step is only the cooking time at the author's house, but the chicken is not suitable for cooking for too long, the meat will be old. Normal home fires, this step is enough time.
