How to Eat Melaleuca Meringue [jam Croissant]

Cut strips about 1.5 cm wide from the puff pastry and make them as long as possible. (The method of Melaleuca meringue is explained in detail in the butterfly puff pastry)

Brush the strip with egg wash.

On roll and triangle molds, if the strip is not long enough, the roll may be shorter.

After the roll is finished, brush with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with sugar. Put it in the middle of the oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and lightly color it and then take it out. Fill in the jam after cooling.
Tips:
1. It is best to brush a layer of oil on the triangle mold so that it will release better.
2. Filling can be selected according to your preference.
