How to Eat Toast ~ Eggs and Cheese Grilled Toast

Mark a rectangle on the toast slice. If it is a square toast, mark a square, 1.5cm from the edge. Be careful not to cut it to the end.

Use a spoon to flatten the inside of the shape to form a groove.

Beat an egg into the groove.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on the edge of the egg whites. Put the toast in the golden pan, if the ordinary baking pan should be covered with a layer of tin foil.

Preheat the oven at 180°C, middle layer, and bake for 10-15 minutes. The specific time depends on the temperature of your own oven and the maturity of your favorite eggs. Sprinkle a little sea salt and crushed black pepper on the surface of the toast while it is hot.
