How to Make Double Skin Milk

Put a little white sugar in the pot. Make a small hole in the egg to save the egg white. Stir it evenly.

Add a box of Yili pure milk. The amount I made for this is a bowl of double-skin milk and a box of pure milk. Pour the pure milk into the egg white. Stir desperately until there are no bubbles.

Prepare a leaking scoop. The beaten egg white and milk liquid are filtered repeatedly. Filtered until there are no bubbles. I have filtered this five times.

There is no foam on the filtered egg liquid. After a while, it will be steamed and taste tender.

Prepare the magnetic cup. Cover it with plastic wrap. Use a toothpick to poke small holes in the plastic wrap for convenience. Vent out for a while.

Boiling water in a steamer. Steam for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and keep it stuffy for another five minutes. Put the washed red grapes and a delicious dessert is ready.
Tips:
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to taste better. But now it is winter to drink cold, not good for the stomach and intestines.
