How to Make Matcha Ice Cream

Tips:
1. When pouring warm milk into the egg yolk, do not pour it all at once, but divide it into batches, otherwise the egg yolk will solidify into granules.
2. The stirred matcha milk paste should be refrigerated for at least one hour. If refrigeration is not enough, the finished product will not solidify easily.
3. The difference between matcha and green tea is that in the process of curing, matcha 200 degrees high temperature steam sterilizes for a short time to get this taste, green tea only needs 100 degrees.
