Huadiao Drunken Chicken Roll

Put 300 ml of cold water into the pot, add salt, bay leaves, star anise, chive knot, ginger slices, rock sugar, light soy sauce, turn the heat to a boil, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Wash and deboning the chicken legs, roll up the chicken legs with tin foil, and tie both ends tightly.

Steam in the pot for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Pour the Huadiao wine into the cooled furnace material water, put the chicken drumstick rolls in the marinade, seal them in the refrigerator, soak for 24 hours and take out slices for consumption.
Tips:
1. After letting the drunk chicken marinade cool, pour the gravy and Huadiao wine, otherwise the heat will volatilize the aroma of the wine and the taste will not be strong enough;
2. It's best to keep the proportion of glutinous rice and Huadiao, and don't add too much, which will affect the deliciousness of the chicken.
