Hubei Style Steamed Fish

Wash the herring, and marinate it with ginger for a while

Sprinkle steamed meat powder on the fish

Steam on the pot for 30 minutes

Take a small bowl of water, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and starch, mix well, thicken it

Put the seasoning in step 4 into the pot and boil until it is battered

Pour the burned gorgon sauce on the steamed fish, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and finish
Tips:
1. Spread the steamed meat powder evenly, not too thick, otherwise it will not be easy to cook
2. If it is self-grinding rice noodles, you can put some salt in the juice
