Prepare the raw spare ribs and blanch them with cold water

Cut ginger into slices and green onions into slices

Add appropriate amount of water to mandarin duck hot soup and clear soup, respectively add soaked shiitake mushrooms, ginger, green onions, salt, and then add jujube and wolfberry to the clear soup. Turn on the induction cooker and bring to a boil

Add blanched pork ribs, add a few pieces in each of the spicy soup and clear soup, add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add homemade chopped pepper sauce, pickled peppers, and Chinese pepper, stir fry until fragrant

Pour the spicy ingredients into the spicy soup, slowly simmer the ribs on medium-low heat until the ribs are cooked through the sesame sauce, add some salt, add the cold white and stir evenly, add the fish cakes and fish balls, and start the hot pot.
Tips:
You must add more water. If the broth is boiled, it is better to add the broth while boiling;
2. Bones The bones at the root of the ribs I use are better with cavity bones. They should be boiled slowly to fully incorporate the deliciousness of the bones into the soup.
