Home Spicy Hot Pot

1. Slice lotus root, cut corn into pieces, and tear enoki mushrooms into small pieces

2. Boil water in a pot, add corn, enoki mushrooms, and lotus root slices to the water and cook for 8 minutes

3. Add meatballs, fish cakes, shrimps, favorite vegetables, cook for 3 minutes, remove and set aside

4. Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, pepper, bay leaves and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add the hot pot bottom ingredients and fry out the red oil, pour in all the ingredients, stir fry evenly, add a little salt to taste
