Hummus

Soak dried chickpeas, it is recommended to soak the beans one night in advance. Add water and cook for 2 hours, and add salt in the last half an hour. Do not add salt in advance, the beans are not easy to rot.

Prepare the food processor, first add the drained chickpeas and garlic to the mixer, and stir until the beans are fine and no particles can be seen. About 2 minutes, if the taste is not enough, you can add salt.

Add Tahini tahini, cumin powder and lemon juice to the hummus and stir well until the sauce is smooth.
