I Love this Yam Wolfberry Pig Heart Soup in Winter

Don't cut the pig's heart, cut lean meat into pieces, slice ginger, and knotted green onions

Put ginger slices in the stew pot first, then put the pork heart, lean meat and green onion knots, add water, just before it is over, you can simmer on the fire, set the time for one and a half hours
