So many hazelnut cakes are for one person, why? Because it's mine, it's all mine! Every time I make up my mind secretly, I really don't eat this after eating it, but I still can't help it. It is fragrant and crispy, with a nutty aftertaste in your mouth after chewing, and it is a snack that you can't stop when you eat it. I can’t be fat alone, so share it with everyone~"

I Really Want to Eat Another Hazelnut Crisp

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Beat the egg liquid for later use

3. Mix the egg liquid, oil and sugar evenly

4. Put the hazelnut kernels in a plastic bag and break them for later use

5. Add the chopped hazelnut kernels after mixing

6. Divide the dough into small balls and place them on the baking tray, brush the surface with egg wash

7. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes

Tips:

1. If you use peanuts instead of hazelnuts, it will become peanut crisps~ you can use any nuts instead
2. Because I like to eat larger particles, I didn’t crush them very much.
3. The temperature and time of the oven are only a reference, you can change it according to your own oven
