I Really Want to Eat Another Hazelnut Crisp

Prepare all ingredients

Beat the egg liquid for later use
3.
Mix the egg liquid, oil and sugar evenly

Put the hazelnut kernels in a plastic bag and break them for later use

Add the chopped hazelnut kernels after mixing

Divide the dough into small balls and place them on the baking tray, brush the surface with egg wash

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes
Tips:
1. If you use peanuts instead of hazelnuts, it will become peanut crisps~ you can use any nuts instead
2. Because I like to eat larger particles, I didn’t crush them very much.
