Ice Bowl

Take out the fresh lotus seeds, or you can buy them in the supermarket that has been dried.

Peel off the skin of the lotus seed and remove the lotus heart of the lotus seed.

Wash the ginseng and put the Lishui in another bowl.

Serve with lotus seeds and steam for ten to fifteen minutes.

Cut the lotus root into small pieces and rinse off the starch in water.

Put it in boiling water and lightly blanch it.

Put cold water in the pot.

Put the white sugar in cold water and boil it on low heat to make sugar water.

Spread crushed ice, fruit particles, lotus seeds, ginseng, and lotus root on the bottom of the bowl.

It can be eaten with sugar water or iced.
