Iced Kale

Wash the kale vegetables and set aside. If you think the vegetables are larger, you can cut them in half.

Bring the water to a boil, you can add a little salt.

Put the washed kale into the boiling hot water and boil it for about a minute, not too long. Long time will affect the taste. If the dishes are relatively small, you can control the time within one minute.

Prepare the bottom ice cubes. It's better to prepare more. My portion is a bit less.

Drain the water from the boiled vegetables, let them cool a little, and put them in a cold dish.

Arrange the dishes and put a few more ice-cold on the surface. At this time, the Japanese-style soy sauce and mustard are mixed into seasonings. It’s ready to eat~ You can add your favorite sashimi on the surface if you like~ It’s awesome!
Tips:
1. The greens should not be blanched for too long, which will affect the color and taste. 2. You can prepare more ice cubes to taste better. 3. If you don't have Japanese-style soy sauce, you can use light soy sauce with a little oyster sauce instead. But you can't use pure light soy sauce, the taste is not so good.
