Put cornstarch in the pot and fry it over low heat
3.
Pour sugar and water into the pot
4.
Cool roasted peanuts and set aside
5.
Heat on medium and low heat, cook until there are a lot of bubbles, turn on low heat
6.
When the syrup is boiled until it is thick, lift it with a shovel, there is a small drawing, and quickly pour the peanuts
7.
Stir evenly with a spatula
8.
Pour in cornstarch
9.
While shoveling, turn the pan over so that the peanuts can be evenly coated with starch. Finally, sift out the excess starch and store in a bottle
Tips:
Be sure to wait until it is completely cool before eating, otherwise the taste will not be crunchy enough.
