Icing Peanuts
1.
After heating the pot, pour oil, then peanuts.

Stir fry over medium and small heat until cooked.
3.
Pour on the baking tray and let cool.
4.
Add sugar and water. Sugar: water=4:1
5.
Bring to high heat until the sugar water bubbles up.
6.
Pour the peanuts, turn off the heat, and stir-fry until the moisture is dry and the hoarfrost appears.
