Imperial Tonic Duck Soup

Wash the duck meat and cut into chunks.

Put cold water in the pot, boil duck meat, shallots, appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices and cold water to blanch the water to remove fishy.

Wash all Chinese medicines and soak in a bowl for more than half an hour.

Cut the yam slices diagonally.
