Improved Version: Pickled Sugar Garlic

7 catties of new garlic.

Cut off the garlic stems and peel them.

A bottle of rice vinegar (820ml, I pour some more, about 900ml.), 600g white sugar, 4 handfuls of brown sugar, appropriate amount of salt.

Simmer on low heat, no need to boil, heat slightly, and just melt the sugar. Stir it with a spoon while heating it to speed up the melting. Add brown sugar, the color is more beautiful 😍 let cool and set aside.
