1.

2.
Wash ribs and set aside
3.
Yam cut off
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a small clay pot, boil, put the ribs in, and remove them when the color changes.
5.
Slice ginger for later use
6.
Put the ginger and spare ribs, yam, and appropriate amount of water into the soup pot. Turn to a low heat and simmer for about 90 minutes after the high heat is boiled.
7.
Season with salt, add scallions and serve.
Tips:
The ribs are boiled to remove the blood before boiling, and the soup is brighter.
Only add salt to taste and maintain the original color of the ingredients. The soup is relatively sweet. It has the taste of the ingredients. I like this kind of soup.
When you go to the yam, you must wear gloves or wrap the yam in a plastic bag. Otherwise, your hands will be itchy to your heart. Don’t blame me for not reminding it. It’s really not easy to cook. You have to be careful of various situations. Haha .
