It's The Fat Blue Man-doraemon Cream Cake

The chiffon cake is placed on the decorating table and cut into two or three layers with a knife for later use. Pour the whipped cream into a stainless steel basin, which should be deeper. Pour in the confectioner's sugar and whip the cream with an electric whisk. Whipped cream is a little harder and easier to decorate. When the cream is about to be beaten, add rum and beat evenly. Rum can make the butter taste less greasy

First spread the cream on the first layer of cake base, put the fruit, then spread a layer of cream, put a layer of cake base, continue to spread the cream and add the fruit. Smooth as much as possible to ensure that the top layer of the cake embryo is placed on the cake and the whole cake is flat.
