I drool every time I pass downstairs to sell vermicelli. Today I actually saw a friend post an article (homemade vermicelli). I read it and immediately opened the whole house to find the steaming dish, but I was really unwilling to find it. I couldn’t eat all the grapes I saw, so I found a small barbecue dish instead.

It Turns Out that The Noodles are Made Like This-cold Noodles

1. Soak the reddish powder with water

2. After 20-30 minutes, add appropriate amount of water and edible oil and stir well to make a suitable viscosity.

3. Boil water in the pot and wait for the water to boil. Spoon the adjusted red potato noodles into the steaming pan and spread them out evenly. After the white powder paste has solidified, the whole steaming pan and the noodles will be submerged to continue steaming. It is proved that there are some bubbles. Put it in cold water and take it out later.

4. This is the powdered skin, cut into strips

5. Light soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame oil, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, garlic, ginger, small chili rings, red oil, and set aside.

6. Ready to eat
